For the fourth consecutive year, FM Logistic has received the Happy Index at Work For Starters 2022 certification. The survey was conducted among all Group employees, in more than ten countries, under the age of 28 who joined the Group less than three years ago. Results of this survey are very positive: more than 74.3% of them recommend FM Logistic. The survey was answered by more than 500 of the company’s employees.
84% of those surveyed believe that FM Logistic is a company where “you find meaning in your work“. Similarly, almost 80% of the young people feel that their efforts are recognized and valued.
On the other hand, 84% of those surveyed believe that they are treated very well by managers and senior management. The young people state that “there is no distinction in the treatment and demands made on colleagues. As a result, the capacity for development and learning is very high.
Results Spain HappyIndexAtWork
The independent HappyIndex®AtWork for Starters certification is an initiative of “Choose My Company”. It anonymously evaluates the experience of young employees in 6 different aspects: Professional Development – Stimulating Environment – Management and Motivation – Salary and Recognition – Pride – Fun.
In Spain, 100% of its youngest employees responded to the survey. Young people who meet the above-mentioned characteristics, and more than 83% rate their integration into the company positively. The highest results were in the variables on pride in belonging to the company. Employees also see positive impacts on the Company as a result of their professional work. 94% of those surveyed “feel very proud of the products and services we offer“. This is the seventh consecutive year that FM Logistic Ibérica has received this certification.
More than 84% of those who responded to the survey rate their attendance at their workplace positively. They emphasize the good atmosphere among colleagues, the good layout of the office and the benefits of working in a sustainable building. They also emphasize the flexibility offered to them and the ability to reconcile work with their personal lives.
Eighty percent reflect the respect for cultural, sexual and/or religious diversity that they experience on a day-to-day basis within the Company. “At FM Logistic there is a culture of zero tolerance to any type of social, religious and/or sexual discrimination,” the young people express.
