FM Logistic strengthens logistics service with BIC on the second anniversary of their collaboration

FM Logistic finalizes the expansion of the warehouse space reserved for the products of the company BIC with its transfer to a new module of its logistics center in Illescas. The current occupancy is more than 6000 pallets, which will increase with this move to a reserve occupancy of nearly 9000 pallets.

The collaboration with BIC began two years ago, with FM Logistic providing transport, warehousing and copacking services for writing instruments as well as personal hygiene products such as razors and other products that require highly protected storage space (APQ): aerosols, lighter glues and concealers (Tippex).

FM Logistic’s service provision for BIC is regular throughout the year, with peaks of activity during seasonal campaigns such as “back to school”, when it also significantly increases business volumes, both in terms of transport and in terms of operations and copacking staff: “This successful activity and increase in volumes is the result of the performance, good work and close collaboration between the teams of both companies”, according to Rafael Pérez, customer manager FM Logistic Ibérica.
