FM Logistic among the best companies for career development, according to the opinion of its youngest employees

For the fifth consecutive year, FM Logistic has received the HappyIndexAtWork® For Starters certification, a seal that evaluates the experience of young employees. The survey was conducted among all Group employees, in more than ten countries, under the age of 28 who joined the Group less than three years ago, and shows very positive results in all countries.

In Spain, this is the eighth consecutive year that the company has obtained this recognition. More than 93% of FM Logistic Ibérica’s young employees are convinced that they made the right decision to join the company, and 75% would recommend FM Logistic to their friends as a good place to work.

85% of those surveyed appreciate the quality of human relations in the organization; 90% can see the usefulness and impact of their work on the business and 80% feel identified with the company’s values.

93.8% of young people feel useful in their team. Similarly, more than 87% feel comfortable with the way the company works and its culture.

According to these young people, the most valued dimensions of the organization are: professional development, good atmosphere/fun at work, management, agility, pride in belonging and the working environment. In addition, 85% of respondents “are very proud of the products and services offered by FM Logistic”.

The independent HappyIndex®AtWork for Starters certification is a “Choose My Company” initiative that anonymously evaluates the experience of young employees in 6 different aspects: Professional Development – Stimulating Environment – Management and Motivation – Salary and Recognition – Pride – Fun.
