For the second consecutive year, FM Logistic appears on the Forbes list of the world’s best employers. This ranking, compiled by Forbes magazine and the market research firm Statista, is based on surveys of 150,000 employees working for international companies in 57 different countries.
It takes into account several dimensions, such as talent development, social responsibility and gender equality within the company. Only the 750 companies that received the highest total scores appear on the final list.
FM Logistic first entered this Forbes ranking in 2021, ranking 741st. In the latest edition, it has climbed 152 positions. It is one of only two companies in the transport and logistics sector to make the list.
“This reflects our global objective to make FM Logistic a good company to work for and generate quality relationships, with opportunities for personal development and growth,” says Jorge Rodríguez Lopesino, HR director at FM Logistic Ibérica. “We are very satisfied with this progress, which certifies our conviction that companies should play an active and responsible role in social development,” he adds.
