Communication teams support the company’s strategy and transformation by designing and deploying the right messages through different channels to internal and external audiences.
Their missions include creating and maintaining a positive image of FM Logistic: being the reference in terms of graphic charter, harmonising communication processes and tools in all our countries, managing crisis communication, etc.
Their responsibilities also include promoting FM Logistic to our various stakeholders: managing press relations, preparing external interventions (interviews, trade shows, conferences, etc.), etc. Defining the strategy of digital communication tools and managing them on a daily basis is one of the exciting missions of this team, as well as ensuring that our teams are informed, motivated and involved in the company’s various projects by designing communication plans.

Apply nowWhat’s the Country Communication Manager’s job description?
The role of the Country Communication Manager is crucial. He/she is responsible for establishing and maintaining FM Logistic’s relationships with all stakeholders who contribute to its development, strategy and transformation at a country level (employees, customers, influencers, partners, media, bankers and shareholders). He/she manages external communication, such as corporate communication and media relations and developing online presence and visibility on social networks. He/she will also manage internal communication, such as supporting the company’s transformation by managing the intranet with the support of the corporate team and creating and organising engaging events.
What does a Visual Communication Officer do?
The role of the Visual Communications Officer is to participate in the deployment of FM Logistic’s communication strategy and to update, improve and create the group’s communication media.
He/she assists the Communication Managers in visual communication missions. The visual communication officer will be in charge of visual communication briefs, the elaboration of visual contents adapted to our different communication channels (screens, intranet, social networks, print communication for the offices and the platforms…) and the support of the different departments of the company for their visual communication needs and the updating of institutional presentation supports.
He/she also works on audiovisual communication projects. He/she creates video content to support the internal and external communication strategy (executive communication, social networks, project presentation videos, etc.) through pre-production, shooting and post-production. Finally, he/she supports the various internal communication projects and the animation of the group’s network of communicators and employees.

The tasks of the Project/Event Communication Manager are varied and creative.
His/her responsibilities include supporting the company’s transformation projects, defining the change and communication strategy for the projects and proposing an animation plan to support the strategy and ensure the deployment of actions in accordance with the project schedule and the Group’s graphic and editorial line. He/she also is able to contribute to the creation of visual, graphic and editorial content in conjunction with the functional departments, and create and organise federative events. He/she defines an annual calendar, coordinates the Group’s events and virtual conferences and monitors service providers. Finally, his/her missions include providing the support and expertise to the network of communicators in the different countries of the group and being a functional referent for the communication of projects and events.

The job of digital communication manager consists of developing the online visibility of the FM Logistic brand. There are many responsibilities and opportunities for development. And the missions are exciting!
The digital communication manager participates in defining the digital strategy in line with the editorial strategy of the external communication department through an animation plan, defines the social network strategy and manages the social networks (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and ensures community management. He/she also defines indicators and builds a monthly digital communication report to ensure performance, define and deploy an employee advocacy strategy at group and country level.
Moreover, the Digital Communication Manager’s missions include producing engaging content to support internal and external communications and monitoring reputation. Finally, he/she provides support and expertise to the network of communicators in the different countries of the group and establishes it as a functional reference in digital communication.
